In 2009, Back in the Swing and CBIZ Women's Advantage announced a new partnership for joint educational and networking events for these two organizations. "CBIZ and Back in the Swing are joining forces on a mission of education," said Nancy M. Mellard, CBIZ Executive Vice President and General Counsel, and CBIZ Women's Advantage National Leader. "Our events, which combine the best available resources on breast cancer survivorship with a fun networking component, will reach thousands of women through our national CBIZ network. It is our goal to help Back in the Swing communicate their message of joyful, healthy, proactive living after breast cancer wherever CBIZ has a presence," Mellard said.
At the Chicago event, guests sampled recipes from Back in the Swing's upcoming cookbook, The Back in the Swing Everyday Lifestyle Cookbook, Fabulous recipes for eating great and living well every day after breast cancer, which will be published in the Fall of 2012 BY Andrews McMeel Publishing.
