Matching Gifts

Make your contribution go even further by checking with your Human Resources department to see if your company has a matching gifts program. (Many companies also match the gifts of retirees, spouses, surviving spouses and outside directors.)

Once you have made your gift to Back in the Swing, fill out your company's matching gift form and send it to:
