The formal program will begin at 1 pm Sunday, June 1, 2008, in the Cancer Survivor's Park at 48th & Roanoke, just west of the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, Missouri.

HOW DOES RETAIL THERAPY HELP ME GET BACK IN THE SWING?
Retail Therapy is an exercise for the mind, body and spirit! A memorable story in The New York Times first inspired the event in 2003. Titled "The News was Bad… I Went to Bendel’s"(PDF), columnist Ellen Tien poignantly illustrated the healthy, proactive and joyful benefits of shopping;
