Thanks to you, Back in the Swing helped fill a gap in medical care after breast cancer.

This video shows what survivors used to hear after treatment ends, and thanks to you, what they hear now.

Learn more about this care from our educational videos.

In January of 2015, the American College of Surgeons (ACS) began to require that a survivorship care plan and survivorship support be among the standards of care for hospital cancer programs to receive accreditation.

As Survivorship Care Plans are given, Back in the Swing is dedicated to helping breast cancer survivors actualize those care plans, to help survivors protect and improve their health 365 days a year.

Our call to action, “Plan to Live; Live Your Plan” says it best. More than a message for our organization, it is reinforcing the fact that it’s the evidence-based care in the plan that matters!

Support local breast cancer survivors with Retail Therapy!

Thanks to community support, thousands of breast cancer survivors are receiving a survivorship medical care plan, now required by the American College of Surgeons.  Back in the Swing continues to help survivors “live their plan” through research grants to help local breast cancer survivors improve and protect their health. Here are ways you can support this work thanks to these retailers…
